No. Live animals cannot be returned for change of mind.

You can review each listing for the bird’s age, breed, gender, health status, and clear images before purchasing. Zoogoloo verifies the information provided by vendors to keep listings as accurate as possible, helping you make an informed decision before you buy.
How do I become a vendor?
Register through the vendor sign-up page and complete your profile.
Can I sell any bird species?
Only legal and ethically sourced birds are allowed.
How do payments work?
Once buyers have confirmed all necessary details and are satisfied with the product in question, payment is made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payment instructions and banking details will be provided during the quotation and purchase process.

If you experience any issue with your purchase, contact Zoogoloo immediately through our support channels. As the marketplace mediator, we will review the matter with the vendor, assess the listing details and evidence provided, and work toward a fair resolution in line with our policies.
